Remove The Recent Files & Documents Option From Start Menu

~> Step 1. Right Click on Taskbar.

~> Step 2. Choose "Properties" option.

~> Step 3. Click on "Start Menu" Tab.

~> Step 4. Uncheck The options in "Privacy" section.

~> Step 5. Click on "Customize" button.

~> Step 6. Uncheck "Recent Files" option.

~> Step 7. Click on "Apply" & "OK".
