After waiting long time....Finally I got one good & reliable application for Installing windows Operating system from USB drive is available for free now.
Using WinToFlash u can Install all versions of windows OS e.g. Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8 etc.
You'll need only Windows Installation Disc, USB Drive (4 GB), WinToFlash, & Image Loader (only if u have image of OS)
Follow these steps:
Step-1 : Install & Run WinToFlash (Download From : Here) & Click on Setup Transfer Wizard.
Step-2 : Click on "Next"..!
Step-3: Now it will ask for Source & Destination Drive Paths.. Now Select Your DVD or Loaded Image of Windows in "Windows files Path" & Select your USB drive in "USB Drive"....After that click "Next".
Step-4 : After that Select "I Accepted the terms of the license agreement" and click "Continue".
Step-5 : Now it will warn you about formatting your USB Drive and Blah..Blah..Blah. Just Click "OK".
Step-6 : Now You will see a Green Progress Bar and then wait while WinToFlash transferring Windows setup to USB Drive.
Step-7 : After few minutes it will show "Finished"...then click "Next" then "Exit".
Your USB drive is ready now...!
Step-8 : Now Plug-in USB Drive to Destination PC and Reboot it.....And Format it via CD/DVD as usual.
